Are the fireworks safe to use?

Yes. All our products meet safety standards and come with clear usage instructions. Adult supervision is always required.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order ships via LTL freight, delivery time typically ranges from 2–7 business days, depending on your distance from the warehouse and the carrier’s route schedule. Your freight PRO number will allow you to track shipment progress directly with the carrier.

Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?

Because fireworks are classified as 1.4G hazardous materials, federal DOT regulations do not allow returns once products have left the warehouse. Always double-check your order before checkout, and feel free to contact us with questions before purchasing.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary based on delivery method, pallet count, and your location. Typical averages are:

Terminal Pickup: ~ $150 per pallet (most affordable option)

Business Delivery: More than terminal pickup, but less than residential — having a forklift or loading dock helps reduce added fees

Residential Delivery w/ Liftgate: ~ $300 per pallet due to special equipment and access surcharges

All wholesale orders ship via LTL freight carriers, and pallets typically contain around 30 cases. Smaller shipments or partial pallets incur higher per-case costs because hazmat and minimum pallet fees still apply.
